Women & Wine: Discovery & Appreciation is a thoughtfully curated course that blends foundational wine education with cultural insight and industry perspective.
Hosted through Workforce Development & Lifelong Learning at Middlesex College, this experience invites participants to explore wine through the lens of the women who influence, innovate, and lead across the global wine landscape.
Over two engaging evenings, participants will:
Develop structured wine tasting techniques and professional vocabulary
Explore major grape varieties and regions shaped by women leaders
Identify influential women pioneers, producers, and educators
Examine equity, access, and representation within the wine industry
Apply foundational food and wine pairing principles
This course offers more than tasting — it offers context, conversation, and confidence.
